Isn't this the same piece of shit that shoved his service weapon down someone's throat during sex, used Flock to stalk his ex, casually used racial slurs in texts, and threw the Nazi salute in photos? Don't worry, I already know it is, but it's probably just your average Tuesday for most county deputies in Florida.

Funny meme, but pretending all cops are the same is how you avoid weeding out the worst of them and making the situation better.
There are so many bad or complicit ones that the good cops seem to be more likely to be weeded out.
You forget to mention "indifferent," but while I agree with what you say, it doesn't detract from what I said.
