It's not the kiddy fiddler's minions that are saying Russia is planning something, it's been Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Poland etc...pretty much half of NATO has made press-releases referencing various intelligence reports over the last 6 months that they're expecting something. For sure, lemmy.ml is full of tankies and Russian apologists, but call me quixotic but I'm not inclined to let their arse- backwards logic stand unchallenged.
It would be a lack of trust as Trump said Russia wasn't going to invade.
But I don't see why Russia would enlarge their front at this stage unless they had backup.
I personally doubt it will be a formal invasion, it would be far more in character for niggling provocations to try and goad NATO into striking first so they can claim injured innocence and deniability of having caused it.
