LiveThreadBot@sopuli.xyz did provide live scores for me during the FIFA World Cup. I did try to come out and comment on a couple threads. So a score of 1.1 out of 2 on this criteria?
Interestingly, on my instance LiveThreadBot's edits were way behind. I'm an admin, so I could check our incoming queue and see them building up. We're on quite a large server (quad-core, 64 gigs of ram, etc) in a data center with excellent connectivity. So if we were having that problem, I assume a lot of instances were. For sports a backlog of five or six edits that your instance hasn't processed yet just won't work.
Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore, see the pinned post on !football@sopuli.xyz
I’m going to try to add this functionality into PyLova.
Thank you, but IIUC the issue is with avoiding ESPN controls, that's not on the Piefed side
We don't have to use EPSN, there are other services. Could even merge multiple of them.
