probably depends a lot on the person tbh, but yeah any flavor of queer person is a lot more likely to notice and register anything outside the cishet binary
that said in this particular case it wouldn't surprise me if the hookup already noticed something was up, asking if someone's on HRT with a smirk is probably not most people's immediate reaction to realizing that the "guy" they were hooking up with has boobs
depends on how fat the guy/"guy" is TBH
Somewhat feminine gay guys are a dime a dozen, I wouldn't give it a second thought unless they're thin and growing boobs ...
