Narcissistic sociopaths have a massively negative influence on society. While it may be a slippery slope, if there was a way to just excise that trait and prevent anything else from being considered, I'd be 100% in.

Yeah, that's one part of it. The environmental factor could be solved by a social shift in stronger community/more community involvement in child-rearing. It takes a village.
