What is the actual legal process in this situation? Its never even mentioned in most articles about the situation.
The Democrat governor declares him unfit and calls a special election. But he’s a chikenshit weak neoliberal who thinks that doing nothing somehow makes him more electable?
Or he's vulnerable somehow to the GOP/Trump. Its the #1 reason for elected officials to be honest forthright, their skeletons are liabilities to their responsibility to those they represent.
As far as I can tell there really isn't one and our country has just transitioned to an plutocracy. It's kind of why I crashed out, they just collectively realized Americans aren't going to do shit about fuck and so far they're right.
