It is someone else's business though. It's up to the company to decide what is appropriate for the culture. I dont know where you get this idea that you can decide to wear a skirt and it's nobody's business, in a workplace.

Outside of work, wear what you want. I think you may have a bit of an ego issue here. You want everything in society to adapt to you, instead of you adapting to society. But you are the minority here man. You cant expect the world to turn to your tune and then get pissed and insulted when it doesn't.

At least you are accepted these days. If we were in the 1800s, who knows what would happen. Just have a bit of gratitude that society has at least learned to accept variances in sexuality now. Maybe in 20 years, you can wear a dress to work and nobody will bat an eye. But today... No way...
