Abysmally bad and kinda avarage at the same time.

I completely lack lived through memory part, episodic memory. The collecting memories or reminiscing about past or good memories does not exist for me. No it's not that i haven't had any memories worth remembering, neither is it from any trauma. Just an extreme end variation of human memory.

The factual part of memory functions almost normally, just slightly randomized due to ADHD.

Oh, this is exactly how my memory works. I can't really remember the day I got married.. It's less than a decade ago.

It's quite embarrassing.

First I thought it was because I didn't really care too much about the episodes I couldn't remember, but I would really like to keep these kinds of memory. I've always been kind of being scared of being predisposed for dementia or similar..

I've never researched this, but now I will.

The other kind of memory, the factual memory, is apparently called semantic memory.

It's called SDAM(severly deficient autobiographical memory), saves you some time. Just an extreme end of human memory variation.
