Like many things, it’s only healthy in moderation. If you’re one of those reddit dudes janking it three times a day yet say they’re not addicted, it’s very likely an addiction.

Everybody has a different baseline. Very, very different, indeed. Let's not spin something perfectly normal as a sort of mental illness.

I never said it’s a mental illness, it’s normal human behavior to get addicted to things.

I would even contend daily is a bit too much. 3-4 times a week or every other day seems to be healthy.
