It’s easy to say gods don’t exist

It's more accurate to say that the existence of any god is inversely proportional to the relevance of that god.

Sure, there could be a hidden god out there in the stars that never interacts with us at all. That would be really difficult to disprove. But it's also pointless to disprove, because in our practical everyday lives, it makes no difference whether such a god exists or not. If you want to talk about a god that actually does things and actually has some impact on our real lives, well then -- now that's testable and disprovable.

God either doesn't exist or doesn't matter. And the difference between those two isn't terribly important.
