You're not omniscient or omnipotent in the ant farm - you have a very limited view and very limited powers. "Doesn't care" does not mesh with god being all-loving, which is the 3rd part of the standard bs.
It's easy to say "until someone proves anything at all, which seems like a fair thing to request, you don't need to act as if you believe it", and also true. While it can't be conclusively disproven that maybe some god is lurking around out there, earthly religion makes testable, falsifiable claims all the time. Which are then tested, and falsified
