I recently was given a Yose Power e-bike and I'm having trouble getting it working. I got the battery charged up and the display shows my speed when I'm riding, but when I operate the thumb throttle I don't feel any assistance or extra speed. The wires appear to be all connected per the manual I found online and the battery indicator shows a full charge. I have the key and tried turned fully both directions. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

At what speed are you testing?

The primary function of an ebike throttle is to provide walk assist which never exceeds 6 kmph.

Some throttles provide boost during riding, but only while you are pedalling.

If you don't get any support while pedalling regardless, the issue is your sensor/controller/motor and not the throttle.
