I recently was given a Yose Power e-bike and I'm having trouble getting it working. I got the battery charged up and the display shows my speed when I'm riding, but when I operate the thumb throttle I don't feel any assistance or extra speed. The wires appear to be all connected per the manual I found online and the battery indicator shows a full charge. I have the key and tried turned fully both directions. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

One more thing to try, if you have cables going from the brakes try disconnecting them. Motors are usually setup to cut out as soon as the brakes are hit, so a switch jammed on might cause what you're seeing.

No brake interaction on the electrical side but thanks for the suggestion
