According to the book Regime Change, Dan Scavino, who had handled Trump's social media accounts, largely gave control of Trump's Truth Social account to Harp. She was responsible for posting a video that included a racist depiction of Barack and Michelle Obama as apes, and for posting an AI-generated image of Trump as Jesus.

Oh my, so she's the one of the few responsibles for the shit flood that is Trump's socials ?
