I wonder if it's the same as for jelly beans, where they sometimes use hazelnut flavor as a base for "popcorn"
On the carton it just says flavouring and natural flavouring, so we'll never know..

It's certainly using Diacetyl to flavor it, that's what all buttered popcorn flavoring is. It's fine to drink and occurs naturally (although personally fucking ewwww), but it's super bad to vaporize and inhale. Funny enough, gives you popcorn lung! That's why there's no buttered popcorn vapes anymore.
