Actually I think in this case we have a dude who's self-aware enough to not make an appeal to nature fallacy, instead he's making a appeal to what dudes like me find attractive fallacy
The “it means the opposite of natural” line at the end suggests an appeal to nature to me.
Yeah but he's saying it's what "most normal people want to see." ie, most women don't look like Tifa in real life but they should in video games because it's what gamers want
