Mossad?
I was thinking more the 'Anything against the west is good' types, but yeah Mossad was probably pretty pleased with how things played out.
The only people confirmed to have been dancing in the streets in response to 9/11 were confirmed mossad agents. Israel tried to show videos of Muslims and Arabs celebrating the attacks, but all of them were people actually celebrating sports teams or weddings.
Yeah I don't know about any of that, but it doesn't surprise me - they are quite ghoulish. Steelmanning, even if the Muslim and Arab people were celebrating - that still doesn't count as global celebrations.
