I think I'll continue to take my chances with "regular cheese"
None of the ingredients in this list are actually scary if you know anything about cheese.
Like, oh no its cheese its got added whey and added milk the horror!
Also what kind of article says "the ingredients aren't clear."
Its on the packaging??? The only non clear thing in here is sodium phosphate and calcium phosphate, and those are the emulsifiers they add to make it super melty! (not sodium citrate, though that is one!).
Have to laugh at people downvoting me for preferring another type of cheese that can actually legally be called cheese... oh Muricans
