Yeah, to me it also looks fake and things are off
. Idk I'll eat it if I'm wrong but zooming in and looking at it this definitely looks like an overlayed drawing, unless American soldiers have a wide selection of dust immune markers, or fingers that behave suspiciously like markers. Also the spacing and height would seem kinda awkward right? I would be more surprised if this was real things are just off.
