It's important for citizens to understand the relative strengths and weaknesses of the Canadian and US economy before they decide that the country needs a 'deal'. I've brought together a bunch of background info that I haven't heard much of from the legacy media. More importantly, the real strength of a country is in its people. The Americans are in a collective state of dissociative fugue. They have no idea of where they have been, nor of any sense of where they are going, Without a sense of direction, they are wandering aimlessly through the decade, no sense of identity or purpose. Canadians, on the other hand, have a clear united sense of direction (combat the American hold over us) and have a clear sense of identity and purpose. The sense of the morale of the people is a very, very strong indicator of future success.
