It's important for citizens to understand the relative strengths and weaknesses of the Canadian and US economy before they decide that the country needs a 'deal'. I've brought together a bunch of background info that I haven't heard much of from the legacy media. Well regulated foreign investment can be beneficial, but that doesn’t mean that we should allow a wholesale sell-off of everything to foreign owners.

That's how you erode sovereignty.

There is a line that needs to be drawn.

And we're definitely on the wrong side of it. They take our resources and give nothing back.

BC lumber is planed outside of Canada for example.
