oh yeah thats really interesting!!!! i dont think im ready to fully quit like that but ill try to only use it when i actually have nothing else to do or something
I think it's at least worth quitting for a week. You'll have more clarity. Maybe you can browse lemmy, listen to music or read a book when you have nothing else to do.
