I blame the image generators more than the people. If they didn't exist, nobody would be blaming them.

There are probably artists thinking "I don't wanna post my art online cause what if they call it fake or use it to train" too nowadays.

Alternatively, we could change social traditions to one where it's normal to go "Well artist's credit is there, I will investigate real quick." But that's for later.
