From that video, it discusses more than just the fear mongering. It talks about how it works and why we don't understand it and why we can't really peer into the net and understand why it generates what it does.

But those are basic concepts of LLMs that I knew about. They explain that and they say "omg scary" which, to me, is just marketing through fearmongering. It's been a few months since the video and you can see: Anthropic and ChatGPT are now competing on how "rogue" their models are. It's so tiring.

His audience is diverse, I'm sorry if it can't cater to only what you need, but I don't think that's doable. Just because you don't derive value, doesn't mean others don't.
