this is how it is for most people, honestly. if someone can separate art from artist, I think that's fine. i have had to do it in my life as well.
i love the ender's game series. but orson scott card is absolute human trash. it doesn't take away from my feelings toward the works, though.
i wish nuance would come back. everything is so black and white now. "you like this artist's work? then you're evil."
that's sadly the world we live in now.
Unfortunately, there is no middle ground when someone says people I care about should die.
