sounds like keto really worked for you; was keto itself difficult to maintain?

As long as I lived alone and especially during covid it was super easy. Then I went on a very long business trip to South Korea and met my now wife there, once we moved in together and were a family it became extremely difficult to maintain Keto because that means to totally seperatelly to cook and eat.
