It's just good to get something in this website for casual viewing whilst refreshing original content is added overtime.

my pc also has a full networking stack, just like the phone. And it has a bunch of services running. And i didn't count cached memory for either, just what is in use at the moment.
If you had 64gigs of ram you'd want 60+ to be used as cache, not to be "in use". And i force closed all apps except the one I'm using to write this comment.
Why is it so hard for you to believe stuff is bloated and can actually be significantly more efficient?
My phone doesn't have all the services my pc has either...

No, it can be in use, not cached. Keep actual apps open and running in the background if you want them to. Do more in the background.
Stuff could be more efficient, but you’re talking like you know how much ram operating systems of all different types need/should be using better than the people making them. You don’t.
