I don't really know where else to post this, so here it is. I consistently have allergies/itchiness and this works extremely well. I'll never use diphenhydramine again.

Has anyone else used this and experienced the benefits? It's like a clean benadryl without the drowsiness or worry about anticholinergic.

I heard about it from a medical YouTuber, he described it as Benadryl is the first attempt at making a drug and Cetirizine is the second attempt which has less side effects

I think the reason Benadryl is still used is because of lack of education, which is very powerful. I think we can all do a better job of being public and talking about what's worked for us better.
