Isn't the dairy industry directly responsible for the veal industry? No calves, no milk from a momma cow. What is a dairy farm going to do with bull calves? They can only have so many studs. The moral opposition to dairy is the same as being opposed to eating beef, imo.
Really tho, how you choose to practice is your decision. My judgment sets me back in my practice.
