I recently tried to help a friend track down a company for one of their mobility devices, but it had been sold 3 times and I couldn't get an answer from any of the companies about who to speak to for replacement parts.

So they ended up getting a new device altogether...

And capitalism got a boner. For the insane prices for medical devices, would be nice if they actually committed to long term support. Im still completely sure that tech companies would be even worse.
