Such horrible conditions! But he still has access to Twitter. Hmm.
As far as I know he's just telling someone to pass along the messages and someone else is posting them on his behalf.
Can be done during any form of visitation, bribing guards... or I suppose just having someone make up plausible sounding tweets you'd write ๐ญ
They can also get phones smuggled in.
