Anon is suffering from low self esteem. If you or someone you know is in a similar predicament, give them a hug today or another day, and let them know that you know that they're going through what they're going through, so they know that you know what they know that they're going through. It might even help, or not.

what if my self esteem is so low the hug makes it worse because i think i didn't deserve it
