Okay, so I've made my personal mantra that everything Drump says is a lie until someone actually proves it's right (note: this has actually never happened). This inevitably means whatever he says, the complete opposite is true. Therefore if he says China and Russia will not sell weapons to Iran, does this actually mean they are already selling them to Iran?
He's probably technically correct. I'm not aware of China, Russia or anyone else selling any weapons to Iran. But this is not due to some agreement with the US. Iran simply does not need to buy finished weapons. They can manufacture drones and rockets themselves. It is possible that they are buying electronics from China or certain chemicals from Russia, but those aren't 'weapons'.
