As a non American, putting Chicago top 3, on the same level as NY or LA is wild. San Francisco is probably the only other city that's on the same as those 2. Chicago is more on the level of Seattle, Houston, Boston, Philadelphia etc. where I've heard of them and they're big cities, but thats all they are, cities.
As an American, this is incorrect.
