Nevinnomyssk has a ton of warehouses, but I think it's the one at 44.6640383, 41.8961139, just off the P-217. It wasn't present in 2019 when the Google Street View car went by, but the north-east end matches, and I think it's being filmed from the path on the west.

In fact, someone on OpenStreetMap has already marked it as a ruined building.
