You can say Trump's a rapist without any pretext
Don’t you mean evidence?
He was convicted of rape, so we're a ways past the evidence part. Trump is a rapist-- its been ruled so by a court of law. The Supreme Court declined to hear his appeal in the rape case, so its final. There will be no further trials on it.
Nope just blurt out "trump is a rapist". If you do it casually enough people will treat it like normal behavior
