I am grateful for one thing that musk has done, he made me realize that muscle implants are a terrible idea. He looks boxy because he gained so much weight after getting ab and chest gender affirming care

Meth doesn't count as a muscle implant unless you take it to the gym. Even once.
The real question is when not washing because you don't even exercise, ever, even when having "sex," regardless what happens as a "result," is it fElonous to stink so much, people die, en masse?
I’ve heard that he probably took steroids without doing any exercise (I don’t know much about that stuff, but apparently that’s one of the side effects that steroids can cause if you don’t exercise)
