This one's in Wisconsin though
Rural Wisconsin might as well be the south.
Wisconsin isn't that bad, is it? Maybe they will have good cheese to try. I wouldn't wanna live there being a red state and all, but surely visiting there might be a fun time. Who knows.
Ohhh wait, you probably thought that when I said "southern" I was talking about this event in particular. I was just speaking generally and may have went a little off-topic there. Sorry about that that.
However, I'm sure the BBQ is still good even in states that aren't well known for it. Basically anywhere in rural America will have a bunch of talented old folks making amazing food for events like these (no, im not talking about the anal bead ones)
