yeah there's no way this guy could have known that platner was an unsavory guy before this! could it be that doing 4 tours guarding a concentration camp with the rape and murder club would make you a rapist and a murderer? could it be that the totenkopf actually wasn't all that obscure and someone almost certainly would have said something to him at some point, even if he didn't know himself? no way. we have to believe everything this nazi says up until the point that amerikkkans become the victim. so long as he wasn't doing any of that shit to westerners, it was all A-OK. of course, none of this would have raised any red flags with hasan or his base because hasan himself is exactly this kind of guy. his own "latent" chauvinistic tendencies made it impossible for him or his fans to see too much of a meaningful difference between platner and hasan. this whole thing was just a rant against hasan piker. god i hate that man so much.
