What's the definition of a "mid" European team?

The only European teams Belgium are ranked below are France, Spain, England, and Portugal: https://inside.fifa.com/fifa-world-ranking/men

Yea those are the good ones, belgium is mid like the germans, they draw with both Egypt and Iran (VAR help them not lose)
