Why pre order? Would they run out? It makes no sense without a physical copy
Pre-orders usually let you download the game data before the release date and time so you can play it instantly when it releases.
How else are you going to get meaningless cosmetic bonus items????!1!?!
If the authentication servers can keep up ofcourse.
So they signed up for that subscription right away! (I do believe if you pre-order your auto enroll for the subscription)
