Obviously the post is dogshit but I do sort of get the distinction. Like I would identify myself as culturally gay bc I keep up w drag race and pop music, go to gay bars n clubs, and I'm a bit of a bathhouse betsy. These activities when all added together really are "men loving men" only type of things.

Nonetheless, politically I'm queer. This has been proven with historical LGBT+ movements, which had solidarity between gender and sexually diverse groups. This was important when pushing for civil rights and during crisis points (i.e. AIDS). I think that other "politically queer" people might be in similar boats (e.g. a bi woman who mainly spends time with other bi women + lesbians, a nonbinary person who mainly spends time with other trans people, etc.)
