Oh aye, I'm fully aware that sugars are what gets immediately stored by the body, did a stint of keto back in the day (and I'm not american so was never indoctrinated by the "its got 0% fat" advertisaganda.)
Animal fat is tremendously healthy, because it's what our bodies need for things like making hormones, myelin sheathes, etc. It's required for the body to function!
Our livers can make a little cholesterol, but the rest of it we must get from our diet, and we can only get it from animals.
