A place to discuss and support all Steam Hardware, including Steam Deck, Steam Machine, Steam Frame, and SteamOS in general.
As Lemmy doesn't have flairs yet, you can use these prefixes to indicate what type of post you have made, eg:

If your post is only relevant to one hardware device (Deck/Machine/Frame/etc) please specify which one as part of the title or by using a device flair.
These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.
Rules:
- Follow the rules of Sopuli
- Posts must be related to Steam Hardware or Steam OS in an obvious way.
- No piracy, there are other communities for that.
- Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.
- This is a place of civil discussion, no trolling.

Yeah that’s what’s great with the Deck.
Even if one day it’s not gonna be poweful enough as a gaming handheld, you can still use it as a poweful admin computer if you have a dock, avoiding a bit of e-wate.
I have all the Playstations except the first one and they’ll probably just become bookshelves or pieces of art when I put my hands on a Steam Machine to go along my Steam Deck.
It will always be powerful enough to be a gaming handheld, because it's an excellent emulation machine!
True, but for this I plan on using a Steam Machine to be able to emulate a PS3 since almost everything after that era is available on PC.
Also it’s be easier for peripherals like the ones you get with Buzz games.
