It's also a bit smaller than the 7a! Its dimensions are believed to be 150.5 x 70.8 x 8.9mm (vs 152 x 72.9 x 9 mm for the Pixel 7a): https://www.androidpolice.com/google-pixel-8-could-be-lot-smaller-than-pixel-7/
is it smaller than pixel 6? If so, we might get the pixel 5 glory again
The Pixel 6a (even smaller than the Pixel 6) has these dimensions: 152.2 x 71.8 x 8.9 mm, so I'd like to say yes.
