Any alarm, siren, or beep from a fridge
Wait what? When did this start happening?
Was it somewhere between the inclusion of the ice maker through the inclusion of new 'smart' advertising fridges?
I've never heard those things before, and surely hope to never hear that...
To clarify, I didn't mean an alarm or siren comes from a fridge. We got a new one that beeps if you have the door open for like 15 seconds or something. It didn't have a screen but did have an ice maker.
I wish that stuff could be disabled, even if temporarily. Trying to clean a fridge that won't stop beeping is annoying as hell.
I had this very expensive fridge. It was awesome but the “you left the door open, dumbass” alarm was the absolute quietest little beep you could possibly emit with modern electronics. Completely fucking useless, and the fact that this was in such an expensive appliance was the most ironic part of it all.
