Usually if onions are making you cry it’s because your knife is too dull!
I wanted to point out that Dull Knife would be a great addition to !fakebandnames@lemmy.world but apparently they really exist
A sharp knife helps, but there's only so much you can do.
Well, you can also use it to slice properly instead of chopping.
While that could make it worse, a sharp knife won't avoid it completely.
Or you angered onion god and now wrath of god is upon you.
Yep, I haven't had this problem for a while.
Unrelated but reminder that dull knives are significantly more dangerous than sharp knives
