It's not mentioned in the komo article that the Bellevue homeowners are demanding money for this? Do you have a link to that?

I'm certainly not one to defend Bellevue residents, but Sound Transit isn't always the best when it comes to this kind of thing either. They already implemented a solution in Tukwila - I wonder why they aren't being forthright about why they can't do the same here.
