everyone tells me they wish they had my phone confidence and presence.
i have to break their hearts and tell them I'm terrified and its all an act. I'd been trained in "phone speaking" by my mother and others in my family. phone etiquette was something that was taught to us just like table manners and housework ethic.
...but I still shake like a leaf before I dial and I have the panic breath when its over like ive just run a marathon ๐ ๐ .
