Yeah they really don't understand anything related to biology.
Good thing that DNA, genitals and gender are always 100% correlated right.
These folks wouldnt mind a hard filter that eliminates all cases where those aren't correlated.
Repubs just wanna make sure the children they are about to rape are genetically boys, I think, since girls just don't get the blood pumpin for them.
